J’aime la vie is a celebration of life and of caring for one another. Mira, a young single mother brimming with positivity and energy, has a fulfilling job as a home nurse, close friendships, and a strong bond with her younger brother. However, her world is turned upside down by shocking news. Determined to mend the fractured family dynamic, Mira reaches out to her estranged older brother in hopes of reuniting the family that was never truly complete. The family, with its unique and vividly colorful dynamics, spends a weekend in the Ardennes. Mira faces the challenge of strengthening family ties. J’aime la vie is a film about connection, letting go, and an abundance of love.
